About ME
Hi, I’m Anabel! With many years of experience as a chef, I decided to turn my passion for cheesecakes into a business during the lockdown, when restaurants were closed, and I had time to spare. That’s when I started my journey as a business owner, launching a successful cheesecake business in Reading, South England. For three amazing years, I shared my love for Basque-style cheesecakes with customers who appreciated our fresh, delicious creations.
My love for baking comes from my Spanish roots. Growing up, I spent hours in the kitchen with my grandmother, learning the art of cooking with love and care. Baking is in my blood, and I’m excited to share that heritage with you through my homemade, indulgent cheesecakes.
Now, we’ve moved to Wigan, and I’m thrilled to bring a slice of Basque cheesecake to this vibrant community. I can’t wait to celebrate Basque cheesecakes with Wigan locals and become part of the town’s growing food scene!
